Important Notes for Using the REFOX FM45 Screen Laminator

• The machine includes a built-in vacuum pump and air compressor. During operation, it may generate noise levels of approximately 85 dB, which is normal.
• When using the Type-Z curved screen lamination pad, you may remove the sponges at the hole positions to prevent compression in specific areas. Otherwise, they can remain in place.
• Perform an initial test cycle without components after receiving the machine to confirm proper operation.
• Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oil, dust, or moisture before lamination for best results.
• Avoid excessive lamination pressure, as it may damage screens. Both high and low pressures can affect lamination quality.
• Before starting the debubbling process, ensure the chamber door is fully locked to maintain safety under high pressure.
• Do not set the debubbling temperature too high, as it can cause re-bubbling or screen damage.
• Regularly clean the machine to remove dust and debris, ensuring long-term stability and reliable performance.
