Calibration

The first time you use the power bank, you will probably notice that the LED display is not accurate. You can easily fix this by fully discharging your power bank. Do this by using the power bank to charge your phone or tablet. When the power bank is completely empty and shuts off, charge it using the included micro-USB cable (5V/2A) or a USB-C to USB-C cable (5V/3A). The power bank will now show the correct battery percentage.

Tips

You will receive an included micro-USB cable that charges your power bank at 5V/2A (10 Watts). You can also use the USB-C port of the power bank to fast charge it up to 5V/3A (18 Watts). To fast charge the power bank, you need a quick charge USB plug and a compatible cable. The difference in charging time is significant and reduces it by several hours!

Fast Charging

This powerful power bank quickly charges all your devices that support fast charging. The USB-C port supports Power Delivery and Super Fast Charging up to 25 Watts. On some devices like the S23 Ultra or S24 Plus, you will see 'Super Fast Charging' on your device. For other devices like the 15 Pro Max or older, you will always charge at 20 Watts, as this is the maximum charging speed possible.
